The patient was diagnosed with mandibular hypoplasia and class II malclusion. The patient had extensive orthodontic treatment and extensive workup prior to surgery including cephalometric analysis, 3-D modeling, tracings, and model surgery.

  • Sagital split mandibular osteotomy and inferior border osteotomy genioplasty
  • Lower Jaw Forward
  • Chin Forward and Down
