The patient has been identified with following preoperative diagnoses: Maxillary hypoplasia transverse discrepancy, mandibular severe discrepsncy, chin asymmetry, and class II malloclusion.

Surgical solution

• Le-Fort I two-piece osteotomy
• Mandibular bilateral sagittal split osteotomy advancement
• Genioplasty
• Reduction and elongation of lower third of face
• Bone grafting
• Temporary anchorage device placements
• Endonasal reconstruction turbinectomies
• Septoplasty
